Sales Policy

Prices and polices are subject to change without notice.  Prices are included for customer convenience.  Completion of an on-line order will be considered an acceptance of our policies.

Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction.   We stand by the high quality of our products.
If you are not satisfied with the SewEzi product, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly send you a replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.  Non-defective products will not be accepted for return after 30 days.  If you need to exchange merchandise for any reason, you must contact us to obtain return authorisation.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.  Shipping and handling charges both directions are never refunded or credited.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless specified and accepted 30 days from purchase date.  Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them with all contents intact.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time for any reason with reason within the confines of consumer laws of New Zealand.  Although we insure all products from damage during shipment, and will request processing for the freight/shipping company, we are not responsible for missing freight or damaged products due to mishandling by the freight company.  If you received merchandise that
was damaged in transit, please contact the freight company to find out how to make a claim.

All information pertaining to the insurer and freight company will be provided upon request. Be sure to save all the packing material and boxes. Please inspect your order promptly.

Shipping

All our shipping is handled through courier service.  Although we strive to maintain our inventory, we may experience a back-order status when we run out of certain products.  Special orders or custom inserts can expect a delay in delivery due to production time.
